This email will bring you up to date on preparations for the Symposium and provide you with the necessary information to begin prepping for the event. Links to all documents are at the bottom of this email
Attached to this email is a copy of your application to exhibit. Please refamiliarize yourself with the policies outlined. If any of the information provided by you has changed or still needs to be provided/confirmed – please do so as soon as possible by responding to this email with the updated or corrected information.
Exhibitor Fee:

Description of Booth Area Provided by OPOTA:
One (1) 8’ x 30” table, two (2) chairs, linen, wastebasket, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Standard electric of 20 Amps is included in this package. You will need to bring your own electrical cords, etc.
