With the event just a week away, excitement is mounting as we make the final preparations for Boomer Bash Lake 2024 on Thursday, June 27 at LaMalfa in Mentor. We are so thankful to have you as a partner for the event. Below are some very important items regarding your participation, please look them over carefully.

Set-up & Unloading
All Vendors must be set up before 3:00 PM. You are welcome to begin setting up starting at 1:00 P.M..The Northeast Ohio Boomer Team will be
onsite
to help with your move-in and set up.
NOT TO BE MISSED - We are offering a vendor networking happy hour! From 3:00 - 4:00, we encourage you to use your complimentary drink tickets and mix and mingle with other vendors.This can be as beneficial as meeting attendees! Light bites will be provided. Doors open to the public at 4:00.
Vendor Check-In
The entrance to the event venue is on the front. Feel free to pull up to the doors to unload. Upon arriving, please check in with Lilia or another staff member, who will escort you to your table. Once you have unloaded your vehicle, please move your car to the back of the venue, where the hotel entrance is, so that attendees can have access to the closer parking spots.
Tear
Down
Tear down begins at 6 PM once the event is over. Please do not tear down prior to 6:00 PM
Your Booth Space
One 8' table and 2 chairs will be provided for you, unless you specified otherwise. THIS IS YOUR FINAL OPPORTUNITY TO NOTIFY US THAT YOU WILL NEED ACCESS TO ELECTRICITY, WHICH IS LIMITED.
NOTE: Linens will not be provided - you must bring your own table coverings.

Thank you to those who have responded to donating items to be raffled off for this year's charity, Lake County Council on Aging. Please bring those items to the registration table when you check in.
