Set-up must be done by 10:45 AM
The event is a drive thru. You pull into a space and decorate your truck and or table. You can bring a tent if you choose. If the weather is a complete washout, we pack bags the morning of and then have one stop for all cars. You will need to bring a give away that can be themed or not as well as literature.
Set up begins at 10am and you must be ready to go by 10:45. We will be done by 1pm. We ask that all sponsors only spend around 30-40 seconds with each car. Otherwise, the line backs up unto the street which for obvious reasons is bad.
