Setup & Cleanup
You can set up Wednesday, September 11 at the Oasis Conference (Center 902 Loveland-Miamiville Rd, Loveland) from 12:30-2:00 or Thursday morning beginning at 7:30am. We ask that ALL VENDORS be in place from 8:00 am – 3:15 pm on Thursday, September 12th. The last break to visit vendor tables is from 2:40 – 3:00.
Door Prize / Raffle Basket
Please let me know if you plan to offer a door prize or raffle basket. These are not required but are always well received. We plan to award these winners after the panel discussion towards the end of the event. If you have a prize, you are welcome to pack up your table at 3:15 but ask that you stay to present your prize/basket to the winner when they are called at 4:00.
We (The Law Practice of Dennison Keller, LLC) are running a raffle to encourage participants to visit every sponsor table. If they turn in a raffle sheet with signatures from each table, they are eligible to win a $250 gift card, which we will announce at the end of the day.
